Join local naturalist and avian enthusiast Jan McGowan at the Elkhart Environmental Center on Saturday, May 18th to learn all about bird migration! Discover the reasons behind migration and uncover how birds are able to engage in this risky endeavor during a fun and informative hike around the EEC to look for some recently-arrived migrants. Binoculars will be available to borrow, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Registration for this program is $1 per person. Advance registration is limited and required by Wednesday, May 15th.
